Made from Central and South American Arabicas with just a hint of Robusta, Fortissio Lungo is an intense, full-bodied blend with a bitterness that develops notes of dark roasted beans.

Vivalto Lungo

Vivalto Lungo is a balanced coffee made from a complex blend of separately roasted South American and East African Arabicas, combining roasted and subtle floral notes.
A complex and contrasting blend. The South American Arabicas, grown at high altitude, bring a light acidity, the Ethiopian Arabica adds its floral touch, and the “Sul de Minas” Brazilian coffee reinforces the character and develops the bitterness.
Intensity: 4
Separate roasting brings out the characters of the different origins. The grind of the beans results in a coffee best enjoyed in a large cup.
Lungo cup (110 ml)
Aromatic profile:
The perfect mix of several origins results in a rich and complex character: roasted, lightly woody, sweet cereal and subtle floral notes.

How to make the best coffee at home

A bag of beans, a grinder, a tamper, and a manual espresso machine and no matter how good the equipment is, it will take you months if not years to make good coffee. Most of the time it will be horrible under or over extracted, burnt bitter acid.most of home coffee machines is 15 bar water pressure. It is hard to make good coffee with 15 bar.
So how we can drink better coffee at home
Buy freshly ground coffee from your favorite local cafe. You have to buy right ground coffee for your brewing method.always Clean machine,Qualty water.

Nespresso coffee

I am pretty serious about my coffee.I love to drink afew cup of coffees everyday.I've been tossing up getting one of Nespresso machine for awhile. After testing so many of them, finaly i decided to buy a nespresso machine.I have to say I am mighty impressed.consistent and so easy to use. I have no doubt that someone who is fussy about their coffee, has the right equipment, and knows what they are doing, could make a better coffee than what comes out of the Nespresso.it might not make coffee as good as the best baristas but it is better than many.just as good as any coffee shop

it's great, when we have people over for dinner We get perfect coffee every time, the coffee doesn't go off, it's quick, and there's no mess.I personally think the nespresso coffee better than the vast majority of cafe's out there and equal to any beans

Good side
*quick and easy.
* pressure is better
*tastes great,consistent
*Many chois of capsules

Bad side
* Cost bite more then coffee beans
*plastic waste is not good for the environment

History of coffee

One day the goat herder saw his goats prancing in a field and wondered why they were acting so lively. Noticing they were eating the berries of tree, he tried one himself. He found the fruit of this tree to be fairly bland, but vaguely sweet and mildly refreshing. After a few minutes around the meadows he found himself feeling quite lively himself.Shortly Coffee expanded in the Arab world and spread to Europe.
The first coffee shops were founded in 17th century in Europe.Coffee has played a crucial role in many societies.Coffee was important for humanity for stimulant but after many cafe opened, coffee drink has become a social event.with increasing everyone's knowledge about coffee, people start to search more to find better shops to suits their need. some said  "Coffee should be black as hell, strong as death, and sweet as love. somewhere you can buy bucket-sized cups of coffee in any flavour you like other than coffee-flavour.
This days there are many cafe out there they do different quality and price. All you need to do more search and find which is the best for your need(i will talk more about this topic later)
